Fiber Drum Styles

There are a variety of fiber drums styles. For the purposes of this article we will use the brand names that Sonoco Fiber Drum used as those names are still common in the market and are descriptive of the various types.

Leverpaks:

Leverpaks are standard open head fiber drums that use a metal lever-locking ring mechanism to hold on the cover.

liquipaks:

Liquipak fiber drums are able to transport non-hazardous liquid and semi-liquid products.

weatherpaks:

Weatherpaks are standard fiber drums where that contain laminate layers and external coating designed to withstand weather conditions that standard fiber drums can not.

allfi:

As the name implies All-Fi drums are all fiber. There is no metal in the container.
