Lined Steel Pails
Listed below you will find our assortment of lined steel pails. Some pails are open head, in which case we have listed the appropriate covers directly below the pail. Some tight head pails have a Rieke opening, in which case we have listed the Rieke flexspout directly below the pail. One pail is straight sided and this pail has a cover that is included in the price of the pail. Finally we have some tight head pails that have plugs which are included with the pail. We stock pails with the following linings:

Olive Drab Phenolic Lined
Our gray 1.5 gallon and 7 gallon olive drab phenolic lined tight head pails both have Rieke openings. We sell Rieke flexspouts separately.
Our 5 gallon blue clear/gold phenolic lined pail has a Rieke opening. Rieke flexspouts are sold separately.
Our 5 gallon gray straight sided 2 coat clear phenolic lined pail has a lug cover which is included with the pail.

Our 1.5 gallon gray steel pail with a green phenolic lining is a tight head pail with a Rieke opening. It has a hole covered with a dust cap. Pails are shipped empty, with the dust cap on, so they remain clean. The end user fills the pail and then crimps on a Rieke Flexspout (sold separately). A Rieke Flexspout is a retractable plastic pour spout which offers a reliable and tamper evident seal. When the spout is closed, it has a low profile for ease of stacking. The tamper evident cap has a pull tab for fast removal. Once the Flexspout is crimped on, and before the first use, the cap is pulled off the spout and cannot be reattached. To use the pail, simply pull up the spout, dispense your product and reclose.

Our blue tight head steel pail with a 2 coat red phenolic lining has one 2" steel plug and one 3/4" pipe thread steel plug. Red phenolic linings are commonly used when transporting or storing agricultural chemicals, flavors and fragrances, acids and organic solvents. This is an FDA compliant pail and can take hot product up to 350 degrees F maximum.
