F Style Tinplate Cans for Adhesives

We sell four different F style cans for adhesives.  These cans are made from tinplated steel.  We stock pint, quart, half gallon and gallon sizes.  The half gallon and gallon have an integral handle, making the cans easy to carry and easy to pour.  Caps and seals to these cans are sold separately.  Their oblong or rectangular shape make them great for saving space.  Not just for adhesives, these cans are commonly used for:

• Paint thinners
• motor oil
• solvents
• chemicals
• lubricants
• charcoal lighter fluid
• automotive fluid

The 1 gallon F can with the 1.125 Beta cap (Item # BSI-6211881) is UN rated at UN3A1/Y1.2/100.  An explanation of this rating is as follows:

• 3 = Jerrican
• A = Steel
• 1 = Closed Head
• Y = Packing Groups II & III
• 1.2 = Maximum Specific Gravity for which this container has been tested
• 100 = Hydrostatic test pressure (in kilopascals) for which this container has been tested
