Water Barrels

Our plastic barrels or drums are sometimes referred to as water barrels.  We sell open head barrels where the top comes completely off the body of the barrel and is held on with a lever locking ring.  We also sell closed head or tight head barrels where the lid is not removable and there are plugs or bungs in the top of the drum.  Our high density polyethylene drums are food grade and can hold more than just water.  All of the barrels on this page have a UN rating and may be used for hazardous product.  Compatibility of the product with the packaging is the responsibility of the shipper. The UN performance rating does not imply compatibility of your product with the packaging.  If you need a

Our 30 gallon and 55 gallon open head drums are sold with a solid cover, however for $1.00 additional we stock covers with 2″ and 3/4″ fittings.  These covers are still fully removable but have bungs similar to our tight head drums.  There is a picture below that shows our 30 gallon open head drum with a cover with fittings.

15 Gallon

15 Gallon White Plastic Closed Top Round High Density Polyethylene Item: PDC0015MA10001 UN Rating: 1H1/Y1.9/100 Opening: Pack: 6 This is a 15 gallon white tight head drum. The cover does not come off. It has a single heavy duty handle which folds down to allow the interlocking head design to work and it is made of blow molded high density polyethylene. It has one 2" Rieke NPT plug with a 3/4" center reducer and one Rieke 3/4" NPT plug. Both plugs have EPDM gaskets. These drums have a stackable interlocking head which is designed for superior storage.

It is made from high density polyethylene and is food grade. This drum has one 2" NPS plug and one 2" Buttress plug.
